April Love - Day 7

Today I had to think about what drives me. What is my passion? What NOURISHES me? What keeps me going? It took me some time, that is why I am only doing my post this evening. 

My final answer was travel. That may seem rather unusual, as travel can be seen more as a dream or a hobby. But to me, travel is my driving force. I need to study so that I can have a reliable job and income, so that I can travel. I need to save money and learn to budget well, so that I can travel. I do more than dream about travelling, I harbour it. The thought and reality of travel nourishes me. When I am feeling down, I think of all the places I want to visit and experience in my life time, instantly I feel euphoria and inspiration. Travel is endless, until the day you leave this earth, the opportunities are boundless. 

My tattoo that I got in Feb. No matter where I travel to, my heart will always be in Africa.

This hangs in my bedroom to remind me that some day my hard work will pay off as I will see all different parts of the world.
